Hi, my name is Tracy!
My journey to this point has taken over 46 years to arrive at.
Each day I get to live my life on purpose, making a difference in the lives of others and guiding people back into their own bodies for the greatest connection we will ever experience....a connection to ourselves.
I am a Remedial Massage Therapist, Movement coach, Barefoot Trainer, Aerial Yoga Teacher, Yin and Vinyasa Yoga Teacher and Meditation Teacher.
I am so excited to be offering this training , on this platform to fully immerse my students in understanding their body, their body - brain connection, their emotional - body connection and how this all interrelates to our connection with others and the world we live in. All of this done through movement and self enquiry.
I can not wait to share the next 7 months with you.
What will you get in this course?
This course is a 7 month immersion, including all the things that have helped me over the past 5 years to heal deeply, to expand and grow and to finally arrive in a place in myself where I feel deeply connected and grounded.
Not only is this a training that will have you arrive at the end confident to teach but it will be a journey for you, into you....to discover who you are, your gifts and your divine purpose on this Earth.
Expect through this course for things to come up, the body is a magnificent mechanism for healing, and through body work, movement and self enquiry things WILL arise , calling to be healed.....that is the magic of this movement form..... the subtle healing that takes place every time you step onto the mat, or into the hammock....you are choosing YOU over and over and over again.
